The majority of our mortgage broker jobs are self-employed roles but we also hire employed mortgage advisors too. Remuneration for self-employed mortgage brokers is up to 40% for leads provided by us (as many as you can handle) and up to 80% for self-generated leads.
For advisors who want to trade this way, one of the main benefits of working for Teito is that you can maintain your self-employed status but with full support and training opportunities.
